Maxie’s Review

Maxie’s is a contemporary diner at The LINQ Promenade next to the base of the High Roller observation wheel, serving breakfast, lunch and dinner. Décor features a clean color palette of gray and white punctuated with pops of aqua and red, a black and white checkerboard ceiling and indoor and outdoor seating. Signature dishes include pancakes stuffed and topped with fluffy cotton candy and drizzled with maple syrup; french toast infused with Fruity Pebbles cereal and served with vanilla syrup; a stuffed biscuit & gravy sandwich with brisket, shredded Colby cheese and brisket gravy; the Bodybuilder Breakfast: egg whites, pulled chicken, peppers and onions with chunks of sweet potatoes; a pastrami Benedict with crispy potato latkes and hollandaise sauce stuffed into a hollowed brioche loaf; and a chophouse burger topped with grilled onions, pastrami, Russian dressing and Swiss cheese on toasted challah bread.
